Welcome back to all our students who have been away over the Summer, and welcome to new students to Bristol. Every Sunday after the service we have a time of fellowship for students and a time to share food together.
Below we outline what is happening in the life of Cornerstone.
Men’s and Women’s Groups
On Saturday 14th October at 9.30 we have a joint event. Everyone is welcome and we will be serving breakfast together and sharing thoughts for the Groups in 2024.
If you would like to come please let us know.

Some of the Men are attending the South West Men’s Convention on 30th September – https://www.swgp.org.uk/events/mens-convention/
Also a small group are planning to walk / run 50 miles in October, as a means of encouraging each other.
Money Coaching Course (CAP)
We are looking to run a shorter version of the new Money Coaching Course which will run over 2, 2 hour sessions. The focus will be on budgeting.
We have room for a maximum of 4 participants. If you are interested then please let us know. Our aim is to run this probably in January 2024.
Kintsugi Wellbeing Group
We have run two groups so far which have been really positive. Once we have a viable group of a minimum of 3 or 4 people, we will run the next course. If you would like more details then again please get in contact.
Home Groups
We would really encourage you to connect with a home group. We have new groups starting and more details will be posted shortly. Please contact us if you would like more information.
Creche, Childrens, and Youth
We have Children’s and Youth church each Sunday (except for Family Service), as well as a creche for young children.
Cornerstone Playspace
This is our baby / toddler / carers group. It runs every Tuesday 10.30 to 12. There are 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. The current term started on 12th September.
Prayer
We meet to prayer on zoom twice a month on 2nd and 4th Sunday evening.
Home Groups as a collective meet once a month. Further details to follow on this.
There is also midweek prayer via zoom every Wednesday morning.
Prayer is available after the service.
Dates for the diary
10th December early evening is our Nativity / Carol Service.
12th to 14th April 2024 – Weekend away at The Poplars.
First Sunday of the month is our Family Service followed by a bring and share meal.
Preaching Series
We are currently running a series on Titus. If you would like to listen back all the talks will be on Castbox.
